Hans-Georg Scheibe is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of ROI Management Consulting AG. Since the merger of ROI with EFESO, Hans-Georg Scheibe has also been a member of EFESO’s Executive Committee. Over the past 20 years, he has supported numerous clients in the areas of reorganization, operational excellence and supply chain management. Hans-Georg Scheibe has a particular focus on Industry 4.0 and industrial digitalization. He is a member of the advisory board of various start-ups and non-profit organizations. He is also head of corporate development, organization, finance, legal and corporate communications at ROI. Mr. Scheibe has regional responsibility for Eastern Europe and for the global ROI partner network.
