Factory software acts as the backbone of Industry 4.0 and as an enabler for digital transformation. The “Factory Innovation Award” is one of the most eminent smart factory software awards in Europe. An independent jury selects one overall winner in each category. The award is organized by the Zentrum Industrie 4.0 at the University of Potsdam, in cooperation with Berlin-based publishing house GITO Verlag and FACTORY INNOVATION, the leading journal for orientation on the smart factory market.
